FIRST, if this code comes back. Have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code!!!! AS this is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. It can catch on fire! And that will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!
1. Turn OFF the main power switch. leave sub power switch on
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

I have a C - 3921 trouble code in Konica Minolta c451

Replace the fusing unit. Reset the copier power off the machine, with the utility/counter depressed power on until trouble reset appears, touch it see OK. Power off wait 10 seconds power on. if no code ok, if code re-appears do NOT Reset, machine is telling you it is broke if you reset again it can catch on fire the code you are messing with the is the fuser the hot part, it will ruin a perfectly good day. Get fuser replaced. about 800.00

ERROR CODE 3921 BIZHUB 450

replace the fuser unit.

If the code comes back do not reset, you are messing with the Fuser the Hot part. Continuing to reset without a technician looking at and or replacing it, the fuser can catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.

Then reset.

use this procedure:

1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after
and check if the machine starts correctly.

Reset err code c-3921 bizhurb c451

You might Google the printer name and the error code. This is just a shot in the dark, but if there is no "reset" button, you might try unplugging it for a couple of minutes and it should reset itself to factory default settings. You will loose any settings and any work in progress. Just a guess. If you have an owners manual, I would check there to find how to solve the problem. There is normally a section that defines the error codes and gives solutions. You also might want to enter the "menu" if there is one, and discover whether you can solve the problem there. If you don't have an owner's manual, you might be able to find one at the printer manufacturer's website in the support section. Good luck.

HAVE keep the button down when you see TROUBLE RESET on the screen touch it get OK. Power off the machine Wait 10 Seconds before powering ON. If the code comes back do not reset a again because your messing with the FUSER the hot Part which can CATCH ON FIRE and that will ruin a perfectly good DAY! Error c3921 konica minolta c451 error c3921 not known what to do

C3921: Fusing sensor wire breaks detection (Center of the heating roller)...

• At the warm-up stage, the heating roller
thermistor/3 voltage does not decrease by
predetermined steps (temperature rise)
within a predetermined time.

Check the fusing unit for correct installation
(whether it is secured in position).

Check the open/close operation of the
upper right door.

Check the fusing unit, IHPU, PRCB and
REDB for proper connection and correct or
change as necessary.

If that check still give you error code 3921

Change fusing unit
