Over a period of time I too had purchased a lot of devices from KVMSwitchTech.com. I must say the prices are very low and they do provide 1year warranty. KVMSwitchTech's DVI Extenders are very easy to use and install http://www.kvmswitchtech.com/cat5-dvi-extender-c11632.htm
had the same problem... remove the battery for an extended period of time and try again. unfortunately for me the phones screen now refuses to turn on, the keyboard woks now but the screen is completely black- best of luck with yours
I was asked by your expert to take off the back part of the phone -- I did not have a screw driver that worked and needed to purchase one -- after several hours of searching, I found one but it was very late in the day to continue the conversation.
Before I left to purchase the screw driver, I took the battery out of the phone -- the next morning I replaced the battery, turned the phone on and it worked -------- it was back to normal functionality without any intervention.
Maybe simply disconnecting the battery for an extended period of time reset to normal settings.
