How can we reduce the current of motor by changing which parameter in yaskawa A1000

Check for current draw to see if it is within normal parameters. If draw is ok and unit is working then leave it alone. The motor gets cooled by the cold gas returning back into the sealed chamber.

Because the motor is drawing more power than the circuit can safely deliver. If you have access to an ammeter you will see that the current draw is in excess of specs.

Either you have bad, binding bearings causing the motor to spin slower than normal and thus not generate enough back emf to reduce the current, or some of the motor windings are shorted to each other reducing the resistance and increasing current flow..

Also make sure that the bag is not full since that will also slow down the motor and cause a problem.

Refer this problem directly to Yaskawa.

sounds like as transistor problem check transistors on heat sink and make sure no wires have come unsoldered and also check with a test meter to see if transistors are allowing current or have closed if closed no current replace.

Try and reduce the quality of you ATRAC files I find that even on the lowest setting the quality is excellent !

try putting a load of 1 ton, if it trips , the overload control for your inverter is bad

I was able to get my psc2410 to receive faxes by changing the baud rate to 9600. I still have an issue transmitting. Here are the instructions to do so:

1. Press * and # at the same time, and then release both keys.
2. Press 1, 2, and then 3, releasing each key before pressing the next.
3. The display window should read "Service" with a revision number.
4. Press the right arrow button once.
The display should read System Configuration or r/w parameters. Press Enter.

*** If it shows r/w parameters at step 4, go to Step 6 or follow next step.
5. Press the right arrow button until r/w parameter appears in the display. Press Enter.
6. The display should read parameter 0.
7. Press 153 on the keypad to go to parameter 153. Press Enter. Change the value to 2 and Press Enter again.
*** The display should again read parameter 0
8. Press 159 on the keypad to go to parameter 159. Press Enter. Change the value to 2 and Press Enter again.
*** The display should again read parameter 0.
9. Press Cancel until you reach the date and time screen on the Panel again.
This should reduce the fax transmission speed.
