I have one of these (a real work horse) -- from your picture the phone is facing upwards.
Turn the phone face downwards - at the bottom end of the phone (connector end) there is a depressed plastic tab - that has to be pressed inwards and and the cases just slides OFF.
I did find that it isn't as easy as the lady in the shop found it - she just pressed her nail into the plastic tab and presto the case slid off.
I had to stick a paper clip into mine - but it does come off that way -- good luck -- Ray

you cant just change the bearings they are sold as one unit spindel and all about $300 bucks for the part.

1. install round washer first flat side facing you.
2. round plastic washer next flat side facing the washer.
3. next step blade.
4. next step square plastic washer label facing you.
5. then the square metal washer, make it flash with the shaft flat side.
6. tighten nut by hand at first then use impact tool if you have.
