Question about T-Mobile Sidekick II
This morning, my sidekick was losing battery, so i turned it off. when i got home today and turned it on while charging, everything was gone. my notes, schedules, phone messages, contacts,. EVERYTHING. even the time and date was wrong!
I found, after dropping my phone, it turned off completely and wouldn't restart with the power button. Plugging it in auto-restarted it, and, upon restart, had no contacts, the date/time were wrong, and everything else was apparently gone that I'd put in... Waiting about 10 min for it to connect to GPRS, seemed to resynch the data from online.

The memory is just a temporary storage of your data, still depending on your battery life.
