Question about Samsung Cell Phones
My first question would be have you registered the Samsung Note II serial with Straight talk? Unlike a lot of the older SIM-based phones, you can't just hot-swap the SIM card into any phone and expect it to work. If you HAVE registered it then you may have gotten a corrupt firmware flash. Hard reset the phone(USUALLY power plus Vol+ simultaneously) then re-try to reset APN again.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
