SOURCE: adjusting pressure tank set at 48 lbs and pressure

Pressure tank should be charged to 2 pounds less than your lowest pressure (ie28psi). Must be set with system under no (0) pressure.

SOURCE: I replaced cpvs after freeze.

Hi,
The most likely thing in the kitchen sink is that the aereator on the end of the faucet is plugged....take it off and see if you have at least cold water pressure...

As far as the hot water goes...there is dirt either caught in a valve or in the heat check on the hot water heaters... many hot water heaters have ball checks built in to them and the smaller hole can become clogged with dirt...the freeze likely released a bunch of junk into you system...

WX-203 146S30, 32 Gal WELL-X-TROL Well Tank Stand low pressure upstairs

There is a schraeder valve at the top of the tank. Check the air pressure with a tire gauge. It should be two psi lower that the cut in pressure. eg: If you have a 40/60 pressure switch, the tank should read 38 psi.If it is lower, charge it up with air. If it loses the air again, the tank needs to be replaced. The gauge at the tank is rarely accurate so I would an outside sillcock pressure gauge to determine your system pressure so you can set the tank pressure properly. Good luck!

Water not going into well water tank

Water that goes in to this tank comes straight from pump, check the foot valve on your well might be bleed water back into well. Also check the air bladder on the tank. Make sure it has proper inflation

Water not going into well water tank

Is the pump running when power is ON?
Put ear against pipe and listen for pump.
Have you installed a check valve?
Check vlave lets water pass through the pipe and enter tank, but the valve closes after pump shuts off and keeps water from falling back down into well.

Water pressure decreases as the water runs

Probably a clog in galvanized pipe.
Expansion tank is not whole-house pressure regulating tank. It is localized protection for plumbing exposed to high pressure caused by very hot water.
If you house has pressure regulating valve, then that can be a cause.
For low water pressure in household, the following link might help:
