You can try contacting Blackberry directly for assistance but there is no guarantee they will help you with a phone that has been pre-programmed by the service provider or that has a provider's firmware. Most cell providers give you only 7-14 days to exchange a new device and even if the manufacturer has a longer warranty the provider will only give you a refurbished device after the initial exchange period has passed. If your phone has failed and the provider will give you a refurbished one then that is the best you can expect.
