How to remove protection mode of Sony TV kV 2565

If the set switches ON in protection mode, there should be a short circuit to any of the Hi-current consuming circuit. The probable cause are many, and you should disconnect the supply to various stages, and have to switch the set ON, after each time to detect when the it switches ON without any protection. Check these:
1-Desolder out the Horizontal output transistor [Q802 - 2SC4927] from circuit, and switch the set ON.
2- Still the set switches On with protection, check the resistance of the collector terminal to Ground of the circuit board, where the H-out transistor was. It should not show a very low resistance. If it shows such, check all the capacitors connected with the collector terminal of the horizontal output transistor for short or leaky.
3- If all the components are found OK, and still the set switches On with protection mode, desolder out the LOT from the circuit and check the resistance of its Pin 4 to Pin 9. If it shows continuity by any means, the LOT is defective. Its winding short. Replace it.
4- disconnect the supply voltage of the vertical scan output IC [IC551 - uPc1498H] and switch ON the set, and see the protection status. If this IC is short, the set will show this symptom.
You should check your own way too, to detect the fault. Anyway, there is a short circuit, which overloads the SMPS. We have to check and find out the reason. OK?

Where is horizontal output ic in my t.v?

There is no horizontal oscillator IC. The horizontal oscillation is generated and outputted by the main system control IC LA76810 itself. Refer some circuit diagrams using LA76810 to get more details about the horizontal oscillation output from the IC. Measure the frequency at that output pin. It should be some ever near 15.62KHz.

TDA3653 keeps blowing when the TV is switch ON

Without checking components associated with the TDA3653, the exact cause is impossible to say.
This IC has extensive built in protection circuitry that should protect it from overloads caused by such things as shorted turns in the vertical deflection coil, or from faults with any associated components, e.g. open/shorted resistors/diodes/capacitors.
The following data sheet describes this IC in detail:
http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/philips/TDA3653.pdf

Therefore as the IC keeps failing at switch on, and if no other components are failing or suffering damage, suspicion must fall on the supply voltage delivered to Pin 9 and Pin 6 being excessively high (or spiked) and thus causing a rapid demise of the IC. As most LV (low voltage) supply voltages in TVs are derived from a common regulated source, this would imply that the power supply circuitry itself may be faulty - dried out electrolytic capacitors being prime suspects.

However, as with any fault in complex circuitry such as this, there may be other causes including less logical ones such as dry joints or shorts in wiring or between PCB tracks.

Possibly bad audio amp ic

You'll need a voltmeter. Check for the absence of DC voltage at the amp ic's outpit pins under no signal conditions. Note, you need to check the output pins of the ic, not at the speaker terminals, as a relay would lift the speakers off circuit in the event of a DC potential being present at outputs, to protect speakers.

TV problem

Over Current Protection
Pin 1 of IC951 is also the Over Current Protect input.
The internal FET.s ground return is at pin 2 of
the IC. The voltage drop across R955 and R956
indicates the FET.s current, and is coupled through
R953 to pin 1 of the IC. The Over Current Protect
circuit is activated if the voltage at pin 1 of the IC
exceeds 1.35 volts.
Stabilization and rough regulation are provided by
feedback from pin 3 of T951 to pin 1 of the IC. Fine
regulation feedback is from a secondary supply,
through the Photo Coupler, PC951, to pin 1 of IC951.
Its possible that Diode D953 is leaky allowing the voltage to rise on pin 1 of the IC
