log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down (date/item no/etc...(write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim

I have applied last year27/10/2017 for ADSL. I phone Telkom, they said that my order is not jet updated they say that I must phone Open Serve. Open Serve said it is updated.My Order number is 357907.

You should contact Amazon directly. If your order was cancelled you should be able to get your money back. Fixya will have no information about your order with another company.

Cancel telkom landline

contact your telecomm provider to cancel your service, as well as your DSL provider. Possibly one and the same.... their contact information should be on the bills.
