SOURCE: neff washer/drier
soap drawer is just a slide fit - give it a good yank. for the dryer, take the top off and there should be a mainifold across the top with stats mounted on it. one or two may be re-settable stats ie have a little button in the middle which press to reset. if this works, cause of stat popping out is usually a lint blockage in the dryer manifold

SOURCE: I need a user manual
I need access to the spark plug module for replacement. The plastic stove top seems sealed to the metal housing. How do I gain access? Creda GH 102 series cooktop. Spark Module Replacement.

SOURCE: cannot adjust the rear legs
Is it that you cannot reach them? If so, pull the machine out enough to where you can get to those legs from the side and adjust them that way, then push it back in. There's also a 'kick plate' that can be removed allowing you more wiggle room to get back there with a wrench. Good luck!

Tips for a great answer:
Place the level on the top of the washing machine to see if it is level. Make sure you test it side to side and front to back.
Pull the washing machine away from any walls if you have to make an adjustment to the legs.
Lift the washer and place the wood block underneath the washer. Place the block near the leg that needs to be adjusted, but don't let it obstruct the leg.
Loosen the nut that secures the leg with the wrench.
Raise the height of the leg by twisting it to the left, or lower the height by twisting it to the right.
Remove the block of wood from under the washer and recheck the machine with the level.
Raise or lower the leg if additional adjustments are needed.
Tighten the nut on the leg with the wrench when the machine is level.
Repeat the process for each leg that needs to be adjusted.
Move the washer back into position and check with the level again to make sure the washer remains stable to finish leveling the machine.
