Flashing green and yellow lights

My new canon ip100 flashes yellow and green and will not print. I have turned it off several times as suggested, but still does not stop flashing yellow. What now?

You need to count the number of flashes to diagnose the error. Then go here and type error lights in the search box. You';; be able to follow the appropriate code to a solution.
