Is it a laptop or a desktop ?
Is it a green colored plug ?

On a windows device it is usually a green socket & on a mac it's the socket with the headphones icon. Try substituting another cable to see if your cable is faulty.

I have a 32" RCA LCD tv , rlc3210 power input says

Is it hooked up with HDMI cable?

If so try unplugging the HDMI cable and re plugging the cable in, sometimes those cables work loose and if they are not tight, it will cause your screen to flicker. Happens to my TV once in awhile.

WX 435 Motorola was working fine a few minutes ago then it just off and won't come back on or charge. What happened?

Sometimes if the battery is dead you need to leave it plugged in for 5-10 minutes before it will "come back to life"
If that doesn't work, unplug it, take the battery out, wait a few minutes, then put the battery back in and let it charge for a while.
Also try another charger.
