Question about Palm TX Handheld
This is a very common problem with this device. A hard reset usually does fix the issue but you will lose all your data and settings on it, so be sure to backup any files first.
To do the hard reset, turn off the device, hold power, soft reset, release power when first splash screen disappears, confirm deletion of all data.
It will then restart to factory default and Wi-Fi should work now.
