Unable to load windows after restore

I have two e-machine t5212 computers and neither will load windows after repeated attempts at system recovery....

Go into the BiOS setup (Repeatedly tap F2 on your keyboard to enter setup, scroll thru the tabs and menu and look for "OS installation" (or something similar) and make sure it is "ENABLED". Save configuration and exit. run recovery again.
