SOURCE: Radiation machines, used to treat tumors, produce

Assume X is the intensity of the radition at 0 meters.
Then 62.5 milliroentgens/hr = 1/(3^2) * X
Solve for X. X = 9 * 62.5 milliroentgens = 562.5 milliroentgens/hr
Now solve for the radiation at 2.5 meters.
R = 1/(2.5^2) * 562.5 milliroentgens = 562.5/6.25 = 90 milliroentgens/hr

I hope this helps you out.

When a dog has cushings disease can it kill them

I had a dog with Cushing's disease and the symptoms were that she was ALWAYS hungry and drank TONS of water. I treated her by going to the vet and getting medication that killed back the tumor that was causing her to make too much cortisol which is a stress hormone. It was not real expensive. If you do NOT treat the dog, the trunk of its body will get fat and its legs will get weaker and weaker. The most straight forward answer to your question is: A dog with Cushing's disease does have a serious disease that will likely kill them, but they will not die immediately. I hope this helps!

Medical advice needed...... my blood pressure averages from 160-191 for instance the reading i took a few minutes ago was 181/107 and pulse reading of 112 this isn't unusual. what should i do?

Well, i certainly hope you have found help by now, or your remaining kidney is liable to be in jepardy! Pheochromocytoma is a rare tumor of adrenal gland tissue. It results in the release of too much epinephrine and norepinephrine, hormones that control heart rate, metabolism, and blood pressure . You should probably be a squeaky wheel at your doctor's office. If it is a tumor, it is probably not cancerous and can be removed from the top of your kidney. I would also consider hunting around the Internet for places where you can type in your symptoms and find information. Try symptom Checker:

How does black salve cure skin cancer ?

Available scientific evidence does not support claims that salves are effective in treating cancer or tumors. In fact, some ingredients may cause great harm. There have been numerous reports of severe burns, disfigurement, and permanent scarring from some of these salves

I am not a medical expert but I could help you research on this:

"Pulmonary fibrosis can be caused by many conditions including chronic inflammatory processes (sarcoidosis, Wegener's granulomatosis ), infections, environmental agents (asbestos, silica, exposure to certain gases), exposure to ionizing radiation (such as radiation therapy to treat tumors of the chest), chronic conditions (lupus, rheumatoid arthritis), and certain medications."
