This is a hard reset and will erase your data.
Turn off the tablet and wait 5 seconds.
Hold down the power, volume up and down at same time while it boots.

I'm not familiar with that specific tablet, but all Android devices have a way to enter a recovery mode menu that allow you to clear the cache or do a full factory reset. First, try the 'clear cache' option. If that doesn't work, you'll have to do a full factory reset (and you'll lose all of your apps and data).

Is the location on? If so use Google maps. Google the terms "unlock tablet with Google maps". Youtube has videos on it also.
