Question about Refrigerators
You remove the refrigerant, remove and replace the compressor with new one, install a schraeder valve and using a vacuum pump remove all air from system to -30 lbs and turn off pump to make sure that the pressure holds and there are no leaks in piping. Then charge unit with the correct amount of refrigerant (Critical) and you are good to go.

Sounds like u need to replace fan motor
Check fan motor for continity IF none replace fan motor
