Question about Epson PowerLite 760c Slide Projector
My Epson 760 software tells me there's still ink in both cartridges; also the out-of-ink lights are not going on. Nevertheless, it won't print. The cartridges were installed in Feb '07 and the printer is not used much. I've done the check-nozzle and the-clean-the-head functions several times and got test printouts but they've yielded very very faint samples and, now, no printout at all. How can I clean the heads? Would it do to also try to pierce again the cartridge holes (that I assume have dried up). -Guy
You may havbe to invest in the cleaner cartridges.
You can try this though.
Bring the cartridges to the middle and unplug machine.
Remove carts and take 5-6 drops of ammonia and put it where the ink would pass through the head.re-install cartridges (Do not plug in)and let it sit an hour or so.
Plug it in and do a nozzle check after the machine has purged itself.
