SOURCE: Dishwasher spray arms don't spin & spray water

Could be a a couple different issues.. Not filling with enough water or food chopper broke or food chopper filter screen clogged.

Check water level:
Run the DW and wait for the main wash to start (water will fill. pause then complete fill) The water should be no more than 1/4 inch below the heating element. If not there..replace water inlet valve.

Inspect food chopper:
1. Remove lower spray arm and rear water supply tube to upper spray arm.
2. Remove torx screws that secure the sump cover.
3. Remove primary filter
4. Remove food chopper cover to expose the chopper assembly. Inspect for breakage or blockage.

SOURCE: D-lime

Don't forget toc flick the switch to manual and wash cycle - otherwise if the delime chemical mixes with the chlorinated detergent, you will get a real burning sensation in the nose and lungs - not good.

SOURCE: spray tower fell off

The Spray tower fits in the bottom rack, Its actually pretty obvious as there is no way it can sit int he position it has to without being in the rack itself otherwise the rack and tower would block each other all the time.
Examine the base of your spray tower it should have two "clips" or plastic protusions that will, with a circular twist, snap onto the bars of the middle of the rack itself. Then when in place and your rack is slid inside the dishwasher the tower should sit directly over top of the exact middle of your bottom spray arm.
et Voila.

SOURCE: Upper spray arm fell off, can not repair nor find part

I had the same problem, but was able to find the replacement part at http://www.partselect.com/shipping.aspx. My old arm also has the number 1544681 on it. If needed use model number PLD2855RFC1 to locate the same part. Good luck!

Water spraying continue sly from the bottom arm, even when the power is off?? What can be the problem?

I assume you mean the (smaller) rinse arm? You most likely have debris inside your water fill solenoid valve. Turn off water supply and disassemble valve carefully to avoid losing parts and clean out valve, you can also crack water supply to flush it out briefly while solenoid is apart. reassemble in same order that it came apart and try it again. If that doesn't fix it you need to replace solenoid valve. $100 at Graingers or $350 from Hobart.

Need motor & impellor for Hobart AM8

I havn't seen an AM8 in over 15 years.
Hobart will keep parts available for quite a few years past end of production, but this may be too long. The AM 10 and early 12's are compatable.
You need a 6 bolt pump to motor. Yours has the old cast iron wash arms. All the new have light stainless arms. Just checked my records. the new AM12 which superceeded your design was in 1981. Perhaps look around for a used AM14 which fits your tables and plumbing. Confirm the voltage is compatable.
The AM15 is the current spec and is far superior.

No water going in to dishwasher when rinsing

the pump shouldn't turn on when the rinse cycle is on - it uses only fresh water straight from the water line - after the wash cycle is over - wait 5 seconds, then open the doors and see if there is any rinse coming out of the rinse arms.
If only a little is coming out - check the rinse arm spray jets to see if there is debris caught in them -
if no water is coming out - it could be a faulty rinse solenoid
