You can change the email address from your Account Settings page.
  1. Click at the top-right corner of Facebook and choose Account Settings
  2. Click General in the left-hand column and then click on the Email section
  3. Click Add another email, enter in the new email address, and then click Save Changes
  4. Confirm your password
  5. Look for an email from Facebook to confirm your new email address

Somebody is trying to hack your FB account. Here's how you fix it: Try Changing your email address linked to your Facebook account. Go to Facebook, then to account, then to account settings change email to a new email address. Facebook will then send you a confirmation email to your new email address inbox, follow link to confirm. Then go back to Facebook and go back to account, account settings and change the email to the new email address ...don't forget to remove the old (hacked) email address at this point.
Hope it this works and help you.
