I checked my Nsfas profile but it said I must contact the Nsfas administrator because my Nsfas profile is incomplete I don't know what it mean and what must I do

Hi there! Try to access the safe mode of your computer to check if your profile is still working. To do this restart your computer then press f8 then select safe mode then it should show you the profiles on the computer if you still can't access your profile on that mode than there's a high chance that it got corrupted. If it fails to load up it should show you an option profile that says administrator if it asks for a password leave it blank if it does not work try the password your using if it still does not work then that means you don't have admin rights to that compute. We need to access the administrator because all the profile that is in the computer can be viewed there and you'll be able to get to you files.
