Problem for Sub-Zero 680 / F

Sub Zero 680 freezer temperature problem

Sub Zero 680 side by side model--freezer not working properly--temp warmed up to 54 and not responding to temp change via control panel. Also, there may be a problem brewing on the refrigerator side--temp is currently 34 (up from 32) and I cannot reduce temp via control panel. What is the best course of action before I call repair professional?

- Thanks. Condenser is clean. Any ideas about what could be causing the problem?

check the condencer on top .open the doors look up you should see three screws take them out and pull down the panel and clean the condencer if its clean CALL repair guy!
