Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

The bernette 82 e moves very slowly, what is the problem? How can I fix it?

Check the pedal if it is still ok. Get someone to measure the resistance as you push the pedal. Otherwise, the belt on your machine must be worn out and needs to be replaced. Likewise, check on your bobbin rewinding clutch if it is fully home to the normal position.

I recently got an older bernette 334 ds serger and it doesnt look like it hss ever been used. i went to plug it in and run it and nothing happened only light came on

If it's old and has never been run, it will need a proper service fro the parts that have become immobile due to the lubricant "gumming up".

Off to the sewing machine shop for you!

Plastic spool holder for 334 bernette holds telescope thread guide screws in to attach to back of machine - this has snapped due to something falling on it have been told no longer availabe - machine is...

You could buy a generic thread stand aerial to overcome this problem.

These items are targetted at machine embroidery enthusiasts using multiple thread colours but could be easily modified to hold your 4 cones.

Or try www.sewingpartsonline.com and see if they carry this part.

I love my 334D and have paid for major repairs to it rather than replace with the lighter weight new models I found available.

Bernette Deco 600 makes loud noise after stitching

hi! there,
open needle plate if the shuttle race and the bobbins has been pull out that making noise,or accumulation of thread under bobbins, if nothing there, run machine and check if shuttle race and bobbins are moving, also with the needle if not, there are opening at the bottom of machine try to open if some gears are broken,or belt is slip.
if broken gears there a lot of parts before you can pull out gear, beside the timing order you cannot put back.this should be done by technician expert
in sewing machine.take this to service center.
cheers have a nice day just rate me.
