From the information you have provided you need to access the drain tube on your Frigidaire freezer. The drain tube is located in the rear wall of your freezer. In order to do so you would need to disassemble your freezer and this is not a simple DIY job. I would recommend that you consult with a professional technician for proper disassembly and reassembly.
