Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

What is Netflix DVD

There are SEVERAL services out there now other than Netflix if you are looking for a movies that you don't see on Netflix. I highly suggest a Smart TV with apps on it already. Amazon Prime is one kind of service with Netflix does not have it. Sometime Hulu Plus is another.

I own a Haier TV 32 inch 5 years old. 720pi, with DVDS PLAYER. I NOW HAVE AN Apple 6 plus phone and want to add Netflix without having to buy an extra device. Is this possible maybe by streaming?

Hi, Sallie!

You can download Netflix app at the Apple Store for free and watch your movies on your device. After installing it, just login to your Netflix account and have fun - you don't have to buy anything extra.

Here's a link that can explain it better: http://www.imore.com/ios/netflix

How do I download Netflix on my Orion TV?

Is it a Smart TV? It has to be, then you press the Smart Button on the Remote and go to Apps, download Netflix which you may find is ready installed. Then set up your account details.

We are ttying to "stream" and cannot connect to netflix

Hello.
To stream on Netflix your Netflix account has to be set up to stream.
For Netlix user's your account would be either streaming OR playing DVDs, not both.
If your Netflix is set up to stream, you may need to download Microsoft Silverlight which is free and availble from Microsoft.
Be sure to download the latest version of Silverlight.

You will also need to open Netflix.com and create an account on your computer.

Close netflix and reopen after creating account then login.
Then check your account for streaming or DVD playing.

Depending on why kind of TV you have to watch a movie you will need to connect to the TV with an HDMI cable.

Connect your Wii console to your Netflix account
Before you can watch TV episodes and movies streaming from Netflix, you will need to connect your Wii console to your Netflix account.

  1. On your Wii
If you're not already on this screen on your television, select Netflix Instant Streaming for Wii from the Wii menu. (Don't have this option?) On this screen you will be presented with a code; remain on this screen during the activation process.

  2. On your home computer
Using an online device other than your Wii console - such as a PC, Mac, or Web-enabled phone - go to http://www.netflix.com/wii. (You will need to log into your Netflix account if you're not already logged in.)
  3. Still on your home computer
Enter the code displayed on your television into the box on the bottom Netflix Web page, then click "Activate Now." (The code is case sensitive.)

  4. Back to your Wii
Netflix will now attempt to activate the connection to your Wii console. This may take several minutes. When the process is complete, the Wii will automatically display your queue. (The screen on your computer will not change. Wait for the screen displayed by the Wii on your TV to indicate the activation has finished before going to another Web page.)

  5. And finally, watch TV episodes and movies streaming from Netflix on your Wii console by selecting the Netflix Instant Streaming for Wii on the Wii main menu.
