Drag is stuck

Take it apart. Blow or vac the adjuster area. Better off doing the entire reel cleaning. Then lube and put it back together My answers are short and sweet. Common sense mostly. If you are trying to get something for nothing...Don't waste my time! Remember if something sounds to good to be true that it usually is. I've spent many years of my life trying to cheat the system and was pretty good at it. This all changed when I discovered that people were doing the same thing to me. What comes around, goes around. Karma! Now I assist people in making win-win deals...that are legit!

I took my car seat apart to wash it and I don't know how to put it back together

We would advise you contact the manufacturer of the carseat as the likelihood is that the unit will need to be sent to specialist engineers to inspect and put back together correctly. Due to safety implications of the harness being incorrectly fitted it may not be possible to do this yourself.

I have a crosman 2100 and it will not pump any more. it is real loose.

Try taking it apart, then tighten everything up then put it back together tight. Make sure you have the schematics before you take it apart.

Cant take it apart to get at line tangle

Hi,
Firmly grasp the "cone" the end where the line comes through and twist counter clockwise. It will unscrew from the rest of the reel. The cone will slide down the line out of the way .
Good Luck,
