Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Where is browser

When you installed Firefox, it should have made a shortcut on your desktop, and an entry in your start menu. Look for the icon on your desktop, and if it's not there, then go to start, and click all programs, and then click mozilla firefox.

mozilla fire fox and IE are different browsers. Download mozilla fire fox software into your PC. While downloading there will be a option whether to have the shortcut keys or not. so check the option or after downloading click and drag the icon and place it in the status bar.
