SOURCE: No Steam after heating up
You're screwed. Buy a new one..just not THIS brand. It's cheaper. I can see it is made to last 1 to 1 1/2 years and then FORCE you to buy a new one.

There is a device attach to the heating element called a thermo fuse, this devise brakes down when it get to hot.
open the machine and replace it with the same value. it is written on it..
