SOURCE: gash and pinhole leaksin copper tubing in pool heater

None that last very long. A new exchanger and keeping the chemicals in check moving forward is your best bet.

Of course you can try to have a radiator shop fix it but I have had mixed success with those and it seems to depend on how much of the remaining copper is thin and/or damaged but not leaking yet.

If you would like a quote on a new exchanger, contact us at www.arrowpools.net with you model number.

SOURCE: How do I replace a single handle Delta mixer??

You would have to open up your drywall, cut and re-solder a new single handle faucet. An easier approach could be to shutting off your water supply, draining the lines in your bathroom from someplace below, and then trying to fix the bad soldered joint if you know how to do so.
I hope this helped.

not really you have to remove coil to replace pan. if there is room you can abandon that pan and put another under it.

STA-RITE 5P2R-125G with 0.75 HP motor. Had bearings in motor replaced and was advised that shaft seal is also replaced. Now have a leak from the motor side of the seal plate at the bottom. They replaced...

the absence of the copper cone will not cause a leak, however, there is a different shaft seal that needs to be used in lieu not having the copper cone installed.

If the impeller is damaged or cracked, that can cause a leak at the shaft seal. If you replace the impeller, the shaft seal will most likely need to be replaced as well.

Replace clutch and shaft on model no 325L brush cutter

There are two versions of this, on the early system the shaft threads into the drum, on the later machine the shaft has a square and just pushes into the drum, to acess the drum on both systems, you need to remove the top cover, diss connect the throttle cable from the carb, un hook the coil wires from the top of the end cover, take out the two mushroom headed screws in the grey throttle handle with a 4mm allen key,do not lost the o rings underneath, slacken the two 4mm headed allen screws from the tube clamp, you can acess these through the pre cut holes in the throttle handle, now twist and pull the tube out of the clamp and through the throttle handle, if the shaft is squared it will also pull away, take out the three 4mm allen screws securing the tube clamping cover and pull away, if the shaft was squared and pulled out, then the drum is held into the bearing with an external circlip, if the shaft is threaded onto the drum then you need to clamp the shaft in a vice with soft jaws and turn the drum to undo it right hand thread.
Good Luck

I just got a used deep freeze.. but i was told something was wrong with the copper tubing.. it needs to be replaced.. what does this copper tube do? and relatively how much could it cost?

if the copper tube needs to be replaced then that means it is now worth fixing. the copper tube is what the refrigerant runs through. no copper tube - no refrigeration. Also you would have to fully destroy the fridge to get to the tube anyway. You may as well get rid of it. sorry

I have a pyrotenex heating cable in my pipe at the cottage. the copper covering on the cable is cracked where it is attached to the fitting into the intake pipe. can it be repaired? i've been told that it...

no the coating cannot be repaired, because the coating is heat resistant and anything u put on will not adhere or be heat resistant enough, a silicon auto sealant may last for while but not likely to last long, u cannot solder as to high a heat will ruin core, had a though there is a cold copper solder solvent for fusing copper pipes if u wrapped with this copper tubing and cold soldered it might work it works on hot water copper pipes. If u try this and it works please keep me posted on this my email is adirondacktrail@hotmail.com

sometimes ice makers get iced up inside the fill mechanism and causes this to happen. Have you tried defrosting the freezer? This may take care of your problem.
