Question about Kenmore Refrigerators
Had water under deli drawer and ice build up at left rear corner behind crisper drawer. Behind the exterior panel at the bottom rear of the refrigerator, we can find the two drain lines which drip directly into the evaporator pan(s), but we cannot find the interior drain hole to flush out any possible gunk/crud which might be creating a clog somewhere inside. The two exterior drain lines are free of clogs. We've unplugged & de-iced the left rear interior corner of fresh food section of refrigerator. Would like to flush this hidden drain tube just to cover our bases. Exploded parts schematic we found on line was no help.

you have to defrost the freezer it will take almost a day byitself, but you can speed it up with a hair blower pointed inside the freezer toward the back at the bottom, unplug your fridge and hair blower on low you dont want to melt the styrofoam, put 2 bowls in you fridge top shelf towards the back to catch watr falling from the vents, when you see water come into the pan under the fridge your all set ,clean up water and plug fridge back in,its the drain hose is blocked with ice

Some units don't have a drain tube. The water flows down the back of the fridge into the bottom and it just makes a mess. It has been a problem ever since they started going "Energy efficient". The drain was a hole and they had to close the holes. If you're lucky enough to have the drain, it will be located inside the back wall of your freezer. The inside walls must be removed. The drain will be in the drip pan, below the freezing coils (fins) in the back of the freezer.
