no PC, no OS stated
nor what the bigbean is. (usb device)?
wireless what? wifi or 3/4/5G wireless, we can;'t guess any of that.
or wireless Bluetooth, (3 classes of wireless there are)
or is this bigben (wireless, sound system of some kind)
spelled it wrong?
tell what you have first, PC then tell what you are connecting in clear accurate English, like I have this.
google shows me BIGben is Bluetooth, is it?

Hi, to connect your computer to the wireless network of the router you need to have a wireless adapter. The bluetooth adapter will not work in this case as the router does not communicate with the bluetooth signals.
hi...
since you upgraded a different firmware try updating the firmware again with the correct firmware if it works fine if it doesnot then the router had gone bad,,
and for GeminiBS reset the router to the factory default since the firmware was not done in a proper manner may be it had interruptions..once the hard reset is done the computer is restored back to the default so that you can use the device..
