My Big Bean Wireless controller can not connect to my PC.

no PC, no OS stated
nor what the bigbean is. (usb device)?
wireless what? wifi or 3/4/5G wireless, we can;'t guess any of that.
or wireless Bluetooth, (3 classes of wireless there are)

or is this bigben (wireless, sound system of some kind)
spelled it wrong?
tell what you have first, PC then tell what you are connecting in clear accurate English, like I have this.
google shows me BIGben is Bluetooth, is it?

Can i use Bluetooth USB Adapter to connect PC to wireless router?I purchased a new PC that's connected to a wireless router for internet. I want to connect my old PC to the same wireless router. I don't...

Hi, to connect your computer to the wireless network of the router you need to have a wireless adapter. The bluetooth adapter will not work in this case as the router does not communicate with the bluetooth signals.

Purchase a wireless adapter like NETGEAR WG111

Rate it, if it helps.

Installing a French ( Brand is Genius) keyboard to my Dell computer.

Pair to a Bluetooth Device (new and re-pair)
  1. Locate the Bluetooth icon in the lower-right corner of the computer screen, and compare the status to Table 1.
(The Bluetooth icon may be hidden, click the Show hidden icons arrow to show any hidden icons.)

Bluetooth Icon Status Enabled - The Bluetooth adapter is ready to pair with another Bluetooth device.
Connected - The Bluetooth adapter is already connected to a Bluetooth device (if the desired device is not the one its connected to, it will have to be re-paired). Disabled - The wireless switch is off. For information on how to turn the wireless switch on refer to the
Online User's Guide. None When no icon shows the Bluetooth driver needs to be installed, refer to Dell Knowledge Base Article:
"How to Download and Install the Latest Dell Wireless Bluetooth Driver" Table 1: Bluetooth status
  2. Verify the following conditions have been met:
    • Batteries are Installed in the Mouse and Keyboard.
    • The Bluetooth adapter, USB Bluetooth adapter or 13/19-in-1 Media Card Reader is installed in or attached to the computer.
    • The latest version of Dell Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Bundle is installed,
if unsure refer to Dell Knowledge Base Article: "How to Download and Install a Driver"
    • The Bluetooth device you are going to pair is within 30 ft. (10 meters) of the computer.
  3. Right-click the Bluetooth icon in the system tray.
  4. Click Add a Bluetooth Device.
  5. Turn on the Bluetooth mouse and press the Bluetooth connect button on the bottom of the mouse. The Bluetooth LED on top of the mouse should start blinking. If the LED does not blink, press the Bluetooth connection button again and hold it down for 2-3 seconds until the Bluetooth LED starts blinking.
  6. Click Next to start searching.
  7. Click the icon for the mouse to highlight it and then click Next.
  8. The connection is set up automatically. Once the connection to the mouse has been created, the wizard closes and returns to the Bluetooth Settings window. The new connection is now listed there. The link symbol under the mouse indicates it is connected.
  9. SetPoint will now launch and ask to check for updates, click OK. If an update is available click to download it.
  10. After the update has been applied, click OK.
  11. Turn on the Bluetooth keyboard and press the Bluetooth connect button on the bottom of the keyboard. The Bluetooth LED on top of the keyboard should start blinking. If the LED does not blink, press the Bluetooth connection button again and hold it down for 2-3 seconds until the Bluetooth LED starts blinking.
  12. Click the box next to My device is set up and ready to be found and then click Next to start searching.
  13. Click the icon for the keyboard you want to connect to in order to highlight it and then click Next.
  14. When the keyboard is connected, the Confirm Keyboard Connection screen appears. A passkey that has been generated for the keyboard is shown. Type in the passkey as it is shown on the screen. Note:
The keyboard can only store one passkey. The passkey is unique to each computer. If you try to connect the keyboard to more than one computer, the passkey is changed each time you create a connection.
  15. The connection is set up automatically. Once the connection to the keyboard has been created, the wizard closes and returns to the Bluetooth Settings window. The new connection is now listed there. The link symbol under the keyboard indicates it is connected. You are now be able to use the devices.
