SOURCE: I have a vizio d650i b2 is not turn on have blinking power light 2 year start tirning off by it self ones in a while now nothing happen

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

It is hard to say but most likely you need a new main board for that TV especially if the sound goes out after it warms up

I have a vizio e65x c-2 , it shut off on me, and won't turn back on..... no lites @all. I would like to know how to test the power board to see if it needs replaced, or the logic board. Any help is...

First thing to do is see if the main fuse is blown, if it is then the power supply needs to be changed or the hot side of the board serviced. Use extreme caution if working on the hot side of the power supply board as there are DC voltages over 300 volts there...If the fuse is good check the 5 volt standby supply voltage, generally on Vizio its pin 1 but there will be a legend to tell what pin it is. if its around 5 volts its good, if not the power supply low side has issues, and sometimes this is bad capacitors. Next thing to check if you have 5 volts is the PS on terminal , find the correct pin get your meter on it and turn the set on, the 0 volts with the set off should go to about 3.5 volts, if it does then the main board is good and its a power supply issue, if you don't see about 3.5 volts then look at a bad main board, There is a fuse in the main board that can be tested but its rare its bad...Hope this helps some

Probably you have a problem in the power supply board .
Vizio lcd or led always has a problem in the standby circuit of the power supply .

Please use your remote to access the video portion of the setup screen. You should find a reset video to factory defaults there or in the initial setup portion. Your manual should point you to the proper section to find these.

Will not turn on

It has a bad standby voltage circuitry on the power supply. This is very common since the standby section of the power supply is constantly on even when the TV is off. The standby voltage powers the circuitry in the TV so that when you use the remote or turn on the buttons it turns on. All TV has standby voltage that is constantly on. This standby voltage is 5 Volts DC. Usually a diode or some electronic components go bad. Explaining to you how to fix that is very technical and requires knowldege in electronics which is a broad and difficult subject to understand.
