Question about Samsung Refrigerators

Hi.. this can be caused by a number of things, however, that packed ice on the wall leads me to think this is a frozen solenoid on the water intake..
The most difficult thing about the fix, is where to put the contents of your freezer for overnight.. check with your neighbours, or get a large cool box.
the fix is to simply defrost the freezer THOROUGHLY.. it cannot be rushed with a scraper as the ice is within a closed valve and possibly backing up the water pipe by an inch or so.. make sure that the ice bucket fill wire is up, so that it does not try and make ice when you let it thaw properly overnight, dry it thoroughly and then set the freezer temperature to it's warmest setting for a few hours, then a little cooler, and so on, until you get to the desired temperature.. then drop the ice gauge wire to trigger ice making.. check back in a few hours to see if any has been produced
When you return the food, please pre-sort it, into shopping bags, each bag representing a shelf so you can fill the freezer swiftly.. then the ice that's made won't melt slightly, and then refreeze, sticking it to the ice bucket.

Is your fan blowing in the freezer? Frost on the back wall of the freezer usually indicates a defrost problem... defrost themostate, heaters, take back panel off and check evap for frost build up and if your fan in working.

SOURCE: freezer no frost
This is probably due to the failure of defrost timer or the heating coil..Try this
1)The defrost timer is sometimes found behind the front grill of the refrigerator. It may also be found behind a cover plate inside the refrigerator or freezer, in the temperature control console, or behind the refrigerator near the compressor.
The timer is usually held in place with one or more screws. Remove the screws and gently pull the timer out far enough to disconnect the wiring connector.
Locate the timer switch and turn it clockwise until you hear it click. One click and the refrigerator shuts off = defrost mode, second click the compressor and fans come back on = run/cooling mode.
2)If this doesnt work then Test the heating element for continuity using a multimeter. Set the multimeter to the ohms setting X1. Place a probe on each terminal. The multimeter should display a reading somewhere between zero and infinity. Because of the number of different elements we cannot tell what your reading should be, but we can be certain of what it shouldn't be. If the reading is zero or infinity the heating element is definitely bad and should be replaced. Proper power ( careful!! ) to the heating element ( 110-120 volts AC ) and the defrost heater does not come on = bad defrost heater.

There is a problem in the water dispenser outlet of the freezer, in this case i will suggest call service tech of the freezer and the ice maker so that the system will be personally diagnosed thoroughly to resolved the existing problems.
Service center in your area maybe available and not then the vendor is the right person to contact.
