Have the same problem. It is not the company in the manual. Call Fox International at 1-800-738-0245 (Customer Service). If yours is the Big, the part numer is going to be 20897 (according to my manual). The rod (bar) is around $10 + shipping to your area. Hope this helps.

I broke the same part when trying to manually turn the shaft on a stuck motor. That part is made out of pot/white metal. Mine broke at the base where it slides onto the half round shaft on the motor. I was able to fix it by drilling a small hole in the half round shaft on the motor and the broken piece. Then I used a small finish nail as a pin to hold the two parts together. Next time I take it apart, I will use some JB Weld epoxy on it. I don't think you'll find that piece by itself. I might just tinker on my metal lathe and make one up, but looking on ebay is probably your best bet for the whole motor.
