the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Call Sony on the 800 number. I had that problem and I had to set the HDMI to a lower setting on the ps3. Also remember that all HDMI cables are not equal. If that cable is longer than 20 feet then you could have a weak signal problem.

The tuner section, and or the voltage regulator circuit that supplies it is probably failing. The service rep for your set may be able to order a new tuner module and install it. This is not a type of repair you can do yourself.

I am sumising that you have checked the menu controls on your tv and are recieving your signal from the cable box , so therefore if it is not comong from the Aerial and direct from the cable company then the picture should be clear .. However sometimes people dont check to see if the signal is RGB or composite from the box RGB is usually best if you have a scart socket connection or SVHS if your set has that capability .. sometimes people have an old VHs recorder and the sinal is coming from that to the set through the Aerail fly lead if it is you will probably find they are conflicting giving you a poor picture retune your Video to another channel instructions should be in its manuel if not come back to me ... reagrds Vortash

SOURCE: Insignia DVD Player, Insignia TV, HDMI connection doesn't work

well a good hdmi cable should cost you over 100 dollars, so try a new cable. even though it looks like the cable is fine, it can be no good.

Your probably having what cable guys call a SNR ( signal to noise ) issue. There's no way to know unless you call your cable provider. The SNR should be 32 and above with zero pre/post errors. In case you want to ask the tech what they are.

If your receiver box has HDTV settings ensure the resolution on it and your tv are compatible. You also have to subscribe to some companies HD programming packages to receive HD. if I can be of any more assistance please post a comment to this solution.

Hi - if you have this hooked up to a TV cable HD box, you have to make sure you hit "TV" on the cable box remote in order to set up the TV menu. I had to figure this out also with my Insignia 32" LCD TV.
