troubleshooting a remote control device to see whether it is working or functional is easy to carry out.
1. get hold of your mobile handset and switch the camera mode on.
2. with the batteries installed in your remote control device, point the small lens at the top to the camera and view through your mobile handset.
note: remember to press any button on your remote control device at the same time.
1. you ought to be able to see or sight a bright light at the top of your remote control device. this is an indication the remote control device is okay.
2. where no bright light is sighted, you need to replace the remote controller.
DO NOT point the remote control device to your eyes or stare at the lens on top. Infra red is invisible and can cause damage to your eyes please
