Have you contacted Sony support or checked out their website for assistance. Many manufacturers have various forums, FAQ, or help pages to assist customers troubleshoot problems with their products. This way, you can follow along while in front of the TV.
You can go to the setup page on your menu, look to see if there is a selection for network status and/configuration. Determine if you are going to use WiFi or wired setup, then continue on until you have completed the setup. Then you can move on to setting up your applications as you choose.
