About the Amazon Prime Membership Fee At the end of the Amazon Prime free trial or your chosen membership period, your card will be charged automatically for the next membership period.

If you choose to be charged on a monthly basis, your membership charge will be $12.99. If you choose to be charged on an annual basis, you will be charged $119. Prime Video membership is $8.99 a month.

Normally on your bank or credit statement the transaction will show a number to contact for such charges. That's how you can contact the company and figure out who charged the account or you can contact your bank or credit card company to dispute transaction

Working for a major credit card company, I would start my dispute there. However, my fiance started Prime once upon a.time ago because of a shipping special.
I'd cancel with Amazon before doing the disputing process with XYZ Credit Card Company!

Log in and go to the Subscription Options page to cancel your membership. If you have any trouble doing so, just go to the Contact Us page and call them to request cancellation or tell them to turn off the auto-renew option so at the end of your trial, you won't be charged. Login Archives
