Question about Kenmore Refrigerators
You have a faulty valve on the dispenser.. possibly just a faulty micro switch keeping the valve open.
Neither are expensive.. but getting into the part of the freezer to change them, might be a bit tricky, as manufacturers always have hidden screws, to deter the uninformed, or to cause them to break more, and then call in the professionals. (them)

Either your water tank in the fridge froze up, the waterline that goes up the freezer door from the bottom hinge froze, or the switch that your glass hits is damaged. Do you hear any humming or noises when you put your glass up to get water?

F32 is the code for a Water Level Switch Failure.
1. Remove the top panel from the washer by removing the three screws in the top back of the washer.
2. Inside the back right corner is a round plastic box, fastened to the side with a plastic snap. In will have a wire connector and a small, rubber hose connected to it.
3. Check to make sure all the connector wires are connected and tight. Unplug washer for 30 seconds to reset it. If the cycle fails still with the F32 code, you'll need to replace the Water Level Switch.
4. If the Water Level Switch does not eliminate the F32 code, it then the machine controller may have failed.

I resolved the problem on my Kenmore Elite model 106.55616400 by removing the drip tray, taking out two screws that hold the panel, and disconnecting and reconnecting the wires from the panel to the board. Unplugging the refrigerator did not work.

Your refrigerator has a defrost drain blockage behind the evaporator in your your freezer compartment. Some models like yours have leak in the turns as the water leaves the freezer. I recommend that you unplug and remove the cover to the evaporator and check the defrost condensate tray below the evaporator. A wet vacuum cleaner and poring a solution with clorox in the drain will help you clean locate the leak and where the blockage may be downline.. I do have the manual on yours and can help you solve this. Some times this is a factory defect and I can help you solve the freezing drain problem. Let me know, Sea Breeze
