Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Gmail accounts default to the last account on the computer that was signed in. To get to your preferred gmail account, you have to sign out of the one you don't want. 1. In your son's gmail, click on the access icon in the top right corner. (It's the one that has a "Sign Out" option in the menu.)
2. Click on "Sign Out".
3. On the "Sign Out" page, click on "Sign in with a different account".
4. Here you should be able to access the gmail account you prefer.
