It can likely be done, but would not only cost much more than a good used geared bicycle - it involves a lot of skills and tools that you do not possess. Sell the bike and buy a geared bike.

I am not familiar with the type of bicycle but I assume the bike is currently a fixed wheel type - the type sometimes described as an ash track racer?

The problem when converting will be keeping the frame geometry correct while bending the rear forks to accommodate the wider axle of the wheel with a deraillier gear. It is necessary for the chain wheel to align exactly with the middle sprocket of the cluster.

The best option would probably be to fit a two, three or four speed hub.

The chain feels and sounds like it's jumping gears or slipping on the rear sprockets. It does it in all gears. It is a diamondback wildwood large 20"

The rear derailleur needs adjusting, once to establish limits (so it can't go past high gear or low gear). Everything else is up to you fine-adjusting the shifter to make the bike run quietly. If you're careless about your gear changes, you'll get MOSTLY into one gear but not quite perfectly, so the bike is always trying to start shifting into another gear - that's the sound you hear, the sensation you feel. Fine-tune your shifter positions each time you shift - you'll find a "sweet spot" where the bike runs almost perfectly silently.

No, they can't readily do that at the factory, not with chain drives. There are just too many things that can affect gear changes, and things are in a slightly different position every time you remove & replace the rear wheel, or even loosen & retighten it. Unless you're ready to spend vast dollars on a foolproof shifter system, shifting cleanly is going to be your job and your job alone. It's one measure of your bike riding skill... and the better you get at that skill, the better you feel about it.

...and your bike will like you for it.

If it's "broken" or even bent it will have to be replaced. Your frame or derailleiur hanger may also have taken a fatal hit.

You should consult a Bike Shop.

If you still want to DIY you'll need to obtain some specialized tools and skills.

Gear cable snapped leaving nipple and tiny bit of cable in the break lever and gear change mechanism. Unable to operate. How do I take it to bits?

Remove the barrel, which is in your brake lever and insert a new cable. If you don't have the tools, just go to your local bike shop and have them do it, it shouldnot be expensive. It is a minor repair and your life depends on it being done right.

Engine Monotonous sound from new yamaha gladiator ss 125cc

The sound is being caused by something mechanical. It is not likely to go away by it's self. It will probably get worse. Don't wait for the next service. Take it in now before any more potential damage can be done. Check the oil level in the gearbox. It could be low.

If the gears will no longer go back on the bike, I would recommend buying a new wheel (including a new rear hub). It is usually easier and more cost effective to buy a wheel than to replace the hub. To replace the hub (the part that is stripped on your bike) you would also have to remove and replace spokes, etc. Search online for the wheel size you need (probably 26" - you can check the tire size) or take to a reliable bicycle shop and they will gladly help you. Anyway, you need a new hub but probably better off getting a new wheel - much easier.
