Wear (on a bearing or a pivot) combined with a slight bad geometry on the front suspension and a slightly unbalanced wheel: at lower speeds or very high ones the vibration is too weak to be felt thru the steering. When you turn the wheel the slight transversal force generated is pushing the wheel and the gap generated by the wear is closed so the vibration stops.
Lift the front of the car and move the wheel on all directions. When you have identified the loose wheel ask somebody to move it for you while you feel around it for the part that has the play/gap/wear. Replace that part.

Try taking it back to Bell and see if they will give you a replacement. Doing a quick Google search, it appears that other people are having similar issues.

SOURCE: how can i get my
When you go to settings and set the ringtone for messages and click for vibrate while message enter ensure to hit save before closing the page. This should ensure the phone vibrates when message enters the phone. Although the only other reason why it won't vibrate is if the ******** is bad but if the phone vibrates when call comes in then this is not the problem just save the settings after it has been set.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

seems like you have a problem with the keypad. may be a water damage or moisture damge keypad near the track pad. thats make your keypad malfunctioning and it just keep sensing like you keep pressing a key while even if you are not using your phone. you can try remove your battery and put in a bowl of rice for 1 day or you can try drying your phone with air dryer. if its still the same issue then you may have to clean your keypad contact. thanks.

if it's a video you recorded on your phone, make sure when you switch from camera to video,to choose limit for mms (its the second of 4 options on my phone when i slide the button from camera to video).this makes the video stop before it gets too big to send through text.try this with a new video & see if it works.
the videos you are trying to send may be too big for text. also check your camera & phone settings.if you choose to only send via wifi, but you are using 3g,4g,etc-then it won't send.
