Squeaky glide board

Yes indeed.
I have an XLS and it started squeaking, but the glide board is not the source of the squeak on my total gym, to check this try the following, put board to its highest setting then sit on the top of the board facing the machine with your legs over the end. Sit upright so you can see the columb as you pull on the handles.

On my machine as the handles are pulled it causes the chrome arms that that the pulleys are attached to, to flex slightly towards you. This part is lined with a plastic inner piece that
squeaks as the outer flexes.
Its a minor design problem, to fix this you need to stop the flexing. This can be achieved cheaply by a carefully cut piece of wood, functional but doesn't look too flash, or a nicely shaped metal plate painted black or chromed (your choice) drilled onto the face of the chromed slider will do the job, do not do this yourself unless you have some engineering or metalworking skills. Try a block of wood first to verify if that is the problem with your machine.
Keep the tracks clean, a light coat of silicon spray on them and the wheels and bearings also worth trying. If the squeak is from the actual bearings replace with new ones from Hucks.
Good Luck
Pete

Comfort 050 technology attachment catches the rear wheel spokes and causes the chain to come off the spokes.

Matthew, The item giving you trouble is the rear derailler. It works by moving the chain in (closer to the spokes) and out (further away from the spokes) so that the chain can climb onto the next larger or smaller gear. Yours is apparently going too far in when you try to shift to the largest gear. There are a pair of adjusting screws that limit how far in and out the derailler will go. Use this link to find some great repair help. Just click on the derailer on the bike in the picture. Good luck.

Adjusting the tracking for a shimano 515 revoshiftrear rear gearchange difficult to see what the 2 small adjustiing screws do I only get 5 of my 6 speeds

The screws adjust how far the derailer can move. If you can't get to the gear on the outside then loocen the screw in the outside. If you can't get the biggest gear loosen the other screw. For most derailers, loosening it will do what you want but watch the derailer move. If it moves the wrong way, turn the screw the other way. If you still need some help, I suggest you contact your local bike shop for help.

I just got a bowflex extreme 2 from someone used. It is from 2006. There doesn't seem to be enough resistance? How can I make more tension in the rods? Seems too loose?

The nice thing about the Xtreme 2 is the fact that you do not need to change cables for different exercises, but it does mean numerous cable position adjustments depending on the exercise you are doing.
To alleviate the slack problem in the cables you can either have the cables that run under the seat remain attached to the leg extension attachment or move the sliders attached to those cables as far forward as possible thereby pulling the cables as far out as they can go. This will both increase the resistance provided by the rods and keep the floating pulleys from hitting the lat pulley housing.

How do i stop chain going over first gear

There are two screws on the rear derailer that are used to limit the travel of the derailer. (That is, they limit how far the derailer moves in an out.) Have someone move the lever while you watch the derailer move back and forth. You can usually see which screws these are. If you can't tell, them put the derailer in a middle gear, turn one of the screws to the right about a quarter turn and try it out. If it no longer goes into high gear, that was the wrong screw. Turn it back and try the other one. By the way, do your testing by just holding the wheel off of the ground and turning the pedals by hand. This is best done with two people. Good luck.
