1. The Tab E has wireless crosstalk problems: If you use wifi and bluetooth at the same time they will interfere with each other.

2. Possibly the battery in your keyboard is dead. Charge it or change the batteries.

3. Try unpairing and re-pairing the keyboard in the Bluetooth Settings.

First off go to setting an then Bluetooth. I'd first try activating it there. If it still fails to work you can stop it and also delete it from that settings screen.

Don't think it is compatable witt galaxy tab3. I bought one of these over the weekend.. couldn't make it work. all the research in the world.. still cannot find out exactly what tabs this keyboard will work on. but it's def not the galaxy tab 3
