I dont seem to have a power supply to my Waeco air con roof unit

Check breaker at main panel. Check breaker if applicable in disconne t on roof. If this is a pull out disconnect make sure it is installed the right side up. If no issues with high voltage you may have a blown fuse on the low voltage side. Turn power off at disconnect, open machine and look for a small,blade style, like one for a car, 5 amp fuse that may possibly be blown.

How to solve -8(w-1)-6w=-4w-12

-8 * (w-1) - 6w -> -8w + 8 - 6w -> 8 - 14w
8 - 14w = -4w - 12
gathering like terms
8 + 12 = -4w + 14w -> 10w = 20 -> w = 2
