You can get the Bissell instruction booklet from the Bissell factory of which I will list below for you. Your local vacuum cleaner dealer may not have the instruction booklet for the Bissell Flip-It hard floor cleaner. So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.

Sanyo vacuum cleaner bag

We have the Sanyo Transfomax 3 in 1 vacuum and FINALLY found that one has to use a screwdriver at the edges of the "hand hold" just above the Sanyo name (between black and green parts), to pop open the cleaner in order to replace the bag or clean the filter.

What a miserable way to change a bag!
