Can I give my jack Russell, shitzu cross Galpharm hay fever tablets??

not until you discuss the problem with your vet
WHY---- many medications suitable for human consumption or use are toxic to dogs and other animals
the problem may be from ticks , lice or other conditions that have infected the nose passages and not from what you think it is
Dogs rely heavily on their sense of smell and would not be affected by hay fever like humans

My Siberian husky male is 11 years old he has been throwing up brownish watery liquid and wanting to lay outside allday we had to carry him inside that's when I noticed that on his right and left sides...

Could be an intestinal parasite the brown can be stomach vile or even blood. The stool is a good place to look for some parasites some are so small the vet needs a magnifier to see them. Try to get the dog to drink pedialite or even gatoraid to keep hydrated until you can get it to the vet food is not a big deal as long as you keep it hydrated.

I think my dog ate my chemical hand warmers. What should I do?

You need to take him to the vet ASAP because hand warmers are highly toxic your dog's stomach likely needs to be pumped.

What medicine should I give my dog for a stomachache?

As with any pet medication, you should always take your petto the vet first. Vets generally prescribeKaopectate ifit is just a stomach ache and nothing more serious like a digestive tractinfection. Vets will never prescribeaspirin or similar products because the acetaminophen can cause dogsmajor liver problems.

My dog ate the remote control for my Insignia DVD player and have tried using a universal remote, but I am unable to use all the functions on my DVD player. I am hoping to find an Insignia remote for my...

LOLOLOL. I'm sorry, i can't help but laugh. Try using ebay, or use the shopping feature under google. Or better yet, take your dog to the vet and get its stomach pumped. I'm surprised you havent already done that. Also, when you get a new remote, dust the outside with something like cayenne pepper. For dogs, the taste is EXTREMELY unpleasant, and s/he will generally stay away from the remote. dust anything you don't want the dog to chew on.
