Question about Electrical Supplies
When I meter each I get 57 v from each pair. I assumed they must join somewhere in the cabin to give me the 110 v total however when metering at the transfer switch in the cabin I only get 57v. Should I join all four blacks together and then all whites

Trigger the wirefeeder while listening for the contactor on the CP302 to close, if it does start looking for loose, bad or missing ground connections to the work, then look for the power connection from the CP302 to the wirefeeder to be bad. If the CP302 contactor doesn't close look at the control cable between the wirefeeder and the CP302, try a different one if possible. If you hear the contactor close, and everything else is good, check the voltage at the CP302 output terminals to see if you may have a bad contactor.

WoW ! Simply remarkable!
I called the company that bought-out BGW in 2003.

I talked to Angie who was the best ! she transfered me over to
the Master Tech/Engineer (Larry)
I explained to Larry my problem. He pulled the schematics and we
inspected EACH input /output off the binding posts / large transformer.
21 in all 7 on each side and 7 on top. Larry asked me to identify each colored
wire attached. He discovered the wireing was all backwards and NOT
where they were supposed to be! Disaster in the making! We literally
rewired the hole power grid over my cell phone ! (1 HOUR), double and triple checked each
imput. The subs are back up and thumping hard. (they would be dead without AAI)

One wire is the flexible silicone rubber wire from the spark plug to the ignition coil. You don't have to strip or connect the other wire, just wrap it around the spark plug wire a few turns.The current from the spark ignition will induce a signal into the hour meter that the meter uses to determine when the motor is on or off.
