Vizio v will not turn on

That sounds like one of the shutdown circuits of the tv is activating. Most likely would need a tech to repair for you. You could try to power cycle the tv to see if that helps, just unplug the power cord of the tv, wait a few seconds then plug it back in and try to turn the tv on. Would be similar to rebooting a computer.
